Why I Built PropGuide

I'm Hudson D., an active wholesaler and buy-and-hold investor based in San Antonio. For years, I followed the same frustrating routine that most MLS investors know too well.

Every morning, I'd wake up to dozens of Zillow alerts in my inbox. Then I'd spend hours copying property details into spreadsheets, looking up comps, calculating ARV ratios, and manually scoring each deal. By the time I reached out to listing agents, the best deals were already under contract.
